The main goal of the project “Community of Practice for Refugee Youth Support”, co-funded by the ERASMUS+ Programme of the European Union, project code KA210-YOU-7CD20AF5, is to increase the potential and educational support system for young Ukrainian refugees in the dimensions of:
- Awareness and understanding of refugee issues
- Development and adaptation of competency resources and educational methodologies
- Building a common framework for European network cooperation to support young Ukrainian refugees
Specific objectives of the project are:
- Develop intercultural education tools to support educators working with and for young Ukrainian refugees
- Provide critical insight, analysis, and dissemination of knowledge and best practices related to refugee education and integration
- Increase knowledge, awareness, and skills of educators regarding practices, initiatives, and tools for refugee education and civic integration
- Enhance methodological competencies of youth educators in using intercultural education methods in multicultural settings
- Promote refugee issues and activate local educational and support environments around refugee support, integration, and education
- Increase partners’ substantive potential through joint project planning and implementation, good practice transfer, and knowledge exchange

- “Methodological Workshops for Facilitators Working with Young Refugees” – four-day training for 9 participants (3 from Poland, 3 from Romania, 3 from Sweden) organized by MORE MOSAIC. Target Group: Educators, advisors, animators, organizers, and volunteers engaged in solidarity work with refugees conducted by partner organizations.
- Mobility in Romania
- International training for youth educators “Methodology of Intercultural Education for Working with Young Refugees” – four-day training for 9 participants (3 from Poland, 3 from Romania, 3 from Sweden) organized by the Romanian partner. Target Group: Educators, teachers, pedagogues, psychologists, directors, intercultural assistants, and NGO leaders who work with people with migration experience and culturally diverse groups
- Dissemination Activities carried out in each partner country
- 2 one-day online workshops (each for 10 people)
- 2 one-day coaching sessions (each for 6 people)

Kick-off RYS Stockholm
On July 10–11, 2025, we were in Stockholm, Sweden, where we participated in the kick-off meeting of the project Community of Practice for Refugee Youth
