Between 22–24 June 2026, the Novapolis Association – Center for Analysis and Development Initiatives participated, together with an extended delegation of Romanian institutions and organizations, in the DCYDE! EU Networking Event held in Poznań, Poland, organized by Fundacja Pomocy Wzajemnej Barka. The event brought together partners from across Europe and guests from the Global South, in a setting dedicated to international cooperation and the development of competencies in the field of digital global citizenship.
The Romanian delegation included representatives from the National Agency for Equal Opportunities between Women and Men (ANES), the European Romano‑Panarab Cultural Center (CCERPA), the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Constanța, the Angolan Community in Romania, the Trade Union of the National Institute of Statistics Bucharest, CJRAE Constanța, and Ovidius University of Constanța.
An intensive program dedicated to global education and European cooperation
Throughout the three days, participants engaged in a diverse and dynamic program that included:
- Train‑the‑Trainers (TTT) sessions
- DCYDE! consortium meetings
- parallel thematic workshops
- networking round tables
- speed networking activities
- Living Library & Youth‑led Experiential Walk, an intercultural experience facilitated by young participants
The event provided a valuable space for professional dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration among organizations working in the fields of inclusive education, civic participation, digital skills development, and global citizenship promotion.

- digital skills for young people and educators

Discussions highlighted the importance of collaboration between institutions, organizations, and communities in addressing the challenges posed by digital transformation and the need for global education adapted to contemporary realities.
