Individual psychological interventions for resilience and emotional well-being

Under the individual psychological counselling component of the project, structured mental health support services were provided between 2022 and 2026 based on individual needs assessments.

In 2022–2023, 74 individuals received individual psychological counselling, with 74 corresponding counselling forms completed as part of the documentation process.

In 2024, 80 beneficiaries received individual psychological counselling services, supported by standard counselling forms and case documentation.

In 2025–2026, 111 beneficiaries received individual psychological counselling based on needs assessment.

The sessions were conducted on a regular basis, with a minimum of five sessions per beneficiary, ensuring continuity of care and structured psychological support.

Across all implementation periods, the service contributed to improving psychological wellbeing, emotional resilience, and coping capacities among refugees and third-country nationals in Constanta and the South-East region of Romania.
