The event provided a structured framework for developing digital and civic competences, bringing together participants interested in promoting global citizenship and integrating inclusive education principles into their professional activities.

Main themes of the session

Throughout the meeting, participants explored a series of essential topics for contemporary education and for strengthening local capacities:

  • Training in Global Citizenship Education (GCE)
  • Diversity of methods for educational activities
  • Planning and implementation of digital GCE projects
  • Introduction to the collaborative online platform – Collaboratorum
  • Gender equality and sensitivity to discrimination

These topics were addressed through interactive activities, applied discussions, and practical exercises, facilitating the understanding of concepts and their transfer into real educational contexts.

An open space for dialogue and collaboration

The event created a favorable environment for exchanging ideas and experiences among participants, encouraging collaboration between local and international actors. Discussions highlighted the importance of global citizenship education in the development of modern communities and the essential role of educators in promoting European values related to inclusion, diversity, and civic participation.

Through the activities carried out, participants identified collaboration opportunities, formulated joint initiatives, and explored ways to integrate digital tools into educational projects.
