Under the educational, psychosocial, and cultural activities component, children were supported between 2022 and 2026 through structured, age-appropriate interventions aimed at promoting wellbeing, integration, and psychosocial development.
In 2022–2023, 272 children benefited from educational, psychosocial, and cultural activities. In 2024, 347 children were supported through similar activities, and in 2025–2026, 353 children participated in these services, resulting in a total of 972 children supported across the entire period.
Workshops for children and adolescents were designed by the project psychologist and social worker and implemented on a regular basis to ensure consistent impact. Activities included dynamic and recreational activities, joint activities involving Romanian children, cooking classes, as well as personal development skills activities aimed at strengthening communication, emotional regulation, teamwork, self-confidence, and social interaction.
Sessions were organized according to age groups to ensure age-appropriate engagement and learning.
The psychosocial activities focused on developing social, cognitive, and emotional skills, while also addressing important seasonal and social events such as the start of school, winter and spring celebrations, birthdays, and themed activities such as “Movie Day.”
